3. You can pay your fees online securely using UPI (Unified Payments Interface). Please ensure you provide the correct transaction ID.

5. After confirming the transaction, our team will contact you to confirm the appointment for a date and time.

6. If the doctor is not available, we will offer the option to schedule with another doctor or reschedule for the same doctor on another date and time.

7. If the client misses their appointment, the fees will not be refunded, and they will have the option to reschedule the appointment without an additional charge.

8. Cancellations do not result in refunds; appointments can be rescheduled.

9. You acknowledge that the telepsychiatry services provided may not be suitable for emergency situations.
