Wellbeing Services

Wellbeing Therapy

We believe that a holistic approach to mental health through combining physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing is vital to long-term mental health. As a result, we work with clients to develop a unique physical health and wellbeing schedule to support our patients’ overall health and wellbeing, and, if clinically appropriate, to complement our other therapy treatments.

We will assess and recommend the most beneficial course of activities that you may enjoy doing and determine the most appropriate level of intensity of exercise for you.
