“Stress Management” for drivers and conductors Trichy Transport Corporation

A special training course on “Stress Management” for drivers and conductors was conducted on behalf of Aram Psychiatry Hospital on 24.11.2022 at the head office of Tamil Nadu Transport Corporation, Trichy. Mr. Manoj, Psychiatric Social Worker of Aram Psychiatric Hospital participated in this training course and gave advice on how to deal with stress. Along with this, in this special class, users were taught about the causes of stress and psychological methods to overcome stress. More than 30 employees of the transport department participated in this event and benefited.
